The Assistant Nurse Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting the daily clinical operations of outpatient clinics, ensuring efficient workflows and the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role provides professional nursing care to a defined patient population across multiple clinical settings while coordinating resources to meet clinical and operational goals. In collaboration with the Nurse Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager oversees registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, medical assistants, and other patient care staff within the designated service line. Responsibilities include anticipating and resolving patient care and personnel issues, promoting excellence in clinical practice, and supporting staff development. The role also contributes to recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and continuous performance improvement initiatives to maintain safe, effective, and efficient clinical operations. A caregiver in this position works M-F/8:00am—5:00pm or 7:00am—5:30pm. No holidays or weekends. After 90 days you can your 4-10s from 7:00am—5:30pm.
