The Assistant Nurse Manager provides for leadership and direction of the patient care units in collaboration with the Nurse Manager. In this role, the successful candidate is responsible and accountable for establishing and maintaining standards, the delivery of patient care, directing and facilitating work performance of all personnel on a defined patient care area and maximizes patient outcomes.
