Requirements
- Registered Nurse with two (2) to three (3) years of work experience with demonstrated leadership potential
- Registered Nurse: CA RN
- Basic Life Support - CPR BLS
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLS

- Critical RN Adult/Neonatal/Pediatric/Acute Trauma Certified Registered Nurse
- Certified Neuroscience RN
- Certified Stroke Registered Nurse
Responsibilities
- Enforces high patient care standards.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction (e.g. makes decisions from a customer/patient perspective).
- Promotes professional environment and career development as retention strategy.
- Provides on-going feedback to employees regarding performance expectations.
- Conducts employee performance evaluations on a timely basis so that at least 90% are complete by the due date.
- Works collaboratively with the department director.
- Prepares and directs patient-care assignments based upon patient acuity and competency of available personnel.
