Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required
- Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state Required
- Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications
- Successful completion of generic and departmentâspecific skills validation and competency testing
- Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree Preferred
- Prior demonstrated nursing leadership Preferred
