About The Position

Join Cleveland Clinic’s Neurological Institute—part of one of the world’s most respected healthcare organizations. We are expanding with a new one-million-square-foot, 15-floor state-of-the-art facility on Main Campus, bringing all phases of neurological care under one roof. The building will support advanced treatment for complex conditions such as brain tumors, spine injuries, epilepsy, neuromuscular disorders, and stroke, with dedicated spaces for outpatient care, surgery, ICU, epilepsy monitoring, and expanded diagnostic and ambulatory services. We are welcoming nearly 500 new caregivers to collaborate on nationally recognized, innovative neurological care. Be part of the next wave of transformative care at Cleveland Clinic. The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) frequently assumes patient assignments while serving as a clinical expert and key resource for inpatient operations, staffing support, clinical decision-making, and issue resolution across the unit. Our H60 Neuroscience Unit is a highly specialized inpatient unit caring for patients with a broad range of neurological conditions, including stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, brain and spine tumors, Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, Guillain-Barré syndrome, Myasthenia Gravis, degenerative brain diseases, and complex spinal disorders, offering caregivers exceptional versatility and exposure. The ideal candidate is a recognized clinical expert and trusted resource for staff, with experience floating into neurology units or working in a stroke-focused environment. A strong passion for neurological care is essential, with preference given to candidates who have worked in stroke units or participated in neurology-focused education or conferences, such as AANN.
