The Assistant Nurse Manager works in close collaboration with the Medical Services Director to: Support clinical, operational, and financial goals Direct and evaluate patient care delivery Recommend, develop, and implement policies and improvement initiatives Supervise and coach nursing staff and related care team members You’ll play a critical role in leadership visibility, staff engagement, and patient experience. A team-oriented RN who: Builds relationships across interdisciplinary teams Brings enthusiasm and accountability to daily operations Excels in communication, coordination, and coaching Stays current on patient population needs and healthcare trends healthcare disciplines. Requirements

  • Minimum of three years as a Registered Nurse
  • Current RN license with the South Carolina Board of Nursing (or compact state)
  • Current BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association (required)

Nice To Haves

  • Acute care experience and leadership exposure strongly preferred
  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
