As a Float Pool Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM), you serve in a dual-impact leadership role that blends direct team supervision with enterprise-level staffing oversight. In addition to managing Float Pool staff and daily operations, the ANM routinely functions as House Supervisor, helping to maintain clinical continuity across the organization. Key responsibilities include: o Collaborating with unit leaders to optimize real-time staffing based on acuity, skill mix, and patient flow o Leading staffing huddles and facilitating shift reports o Serving as a liaison between frontline staff and hospital leadership o Addressing emergent staffing concerns with urgency and clarity o Supporting employee health events and coordinating responses to rapid clinical escalations (e.g., codes, rapid responses) This role demands a leader who is agile, collaborative, and solutions-driven-someone who sees the big picture, prioritizes safe care, and develops an exceptional nursing team that thrives in a fast-paced, system-wide environment.
