About The Position
Assistant Nurse Manager | Neuroscience Unit St. Anthony's Hospital - St. Petersburg, FL BayCare Health System is seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to join the Neuroscience Unit at St. Anthony's Hospital. This leadership role supports high-quality, patient-centered care while partnering with nursing leadership to drive clinical excellence and team engagement. Position Overview The Assistant Nurse Manager supports unit operations and clinical leadership, assisting with staff development, quality outcomes, and daily workflow. This role serves as a key liaison between patients, physicians, nursing staff, and hospital leadership. Why BayCare? Requirements
- Active Florida RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience
- BSN or Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
Nice To Haves
- RN specialty certification
- Prior leadership experience
