About The Position
Baptist Health is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for our Neuro Med Surg PCU Team in the Weaver Tower at Baptist Downtown. This is a full time night shift opportunity. As an Assistant Nurse Manager you will be Responsible for: Providing nursing care to patients on the unit The assessment and reassessment of unit function; serves as a liaison for staff, physicians and other departments. Providing resource for staff members as well as mentors growth and provides feedback to staff. Monitoring/adjusting manhours in accordance with unit budget. Assisting manager with disciplinary issues and annual performance reviews.
Requirements
- 3-5 Years Nursing Experience
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required
