WORK SCHEDULE Full time / 100% FTE Night shifts (7:00pm-7:30am) 32 hours per week as the Assistant Nurse Manager and 8 hours per week of administrative time Rotating weekend shifts required DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION We are a 43-bed unit at a community hospital We support low acuity telemetry patients, general medical patients, and orthopedic and neurosurgery surgery patients Common surgical procedures on our floor include knee, hip, and joint replacements, calcified bone treatments, neck surgeries, and laminectomies Our staffing grid consistently allows for 1:4 and 1:5 nurse to patient ratios POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Join an organization that supports nursing leadership Lead a close-knit team where everyone's contributions are recognized ABOUT UW MEDICAL CENTER-NORTHWEST UW Medical Center is an acute care hospital located in Seattle with two campuses: Montlake and Northwest.
