Responsibilities Located in the heart of Downtown Fresno, Community Regional is home to the only Level I Trauma Center and comprehensive burn center between Los Angeles and Sacramento. With 35,000+ surgical cases performed across the system annually, our surgical services department plays a critical role in delivering complex, high-acuity care to patients across the Central Valley. Apply the leadership and administrative skills you developed at the bedside to support a surgical team committed to clinical excellence and operational efficiency. Coordinate patient care, foster staff development, drive performance improvements and ensure seamless surgical workflows across a range of advanced procedures. Foster a positive working environment in your unit as part of an inclusive workplace where diversity and individual differences are valued, and you actively help team members navigate their career growth and development.

Requirements

  • RN – Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California
  • BLS – Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA)
