On this unit, you will be caring for adult patients that have a variety of diagnoses, as well as delivering world class care for the medical needs of Lutheran Hospital's behavioral health patients. As an Assistant Nurse Manager on this unit, you will assist fellow RNs, physicians and medical staff in providing the best possible healthcare experience. Your work will mainly focus on evaluating patient conditions, improving unit policies, managing caregiver schedules and welcoming new nurses to the team.
