Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in cannabis production, manufacturing, or related operations
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of cannabis packaging, concentrates, or post-harvest processes
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and quality
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team during night operations
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and record-keeping tools
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card in accordance with Florida state regulations

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly production operations, including flower packaging, concentrate formulation, and product preparation
• Supervise, train, and support night shift employees to meet production goals and maintain quality standards
• Ensure all production activities are completed accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with state regulations and company SOPs
• Conduct nightly walkthroughs to ensure workspace cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Communicate with day leadership teams to ensure smooth shift transitions and task handoffs
• Assist in tracking production data, inventory movement, and batch reporting for compliance
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in production workflow and implement corrective actions as needed
• Enforce safety policies, GMP standards, and company procedures across all departments
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to encourage performance and growth
• Assist management in planning, scheduling, and assigning daily production tasks
