Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Email) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift operator certification required.
• Prior forklift operating and merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Open shift availability required.

Nice To Haves

• College degree.
• Experience in big box wholesale, retail, grocery, and/or management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and available for sale.
• Maintain presentation standards and deliver a positive member experience.
• Oversee the nightly execution and performance of merchandise department tasks.
• Direct the work of the overnight team and coach team members.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) for the club as needed.
• Execute key overnight merchandising tasks including display setup and sales floor resets.
• Ensure all products are properly merchandised with correct signage.
• Follow and implement corporate merchandising plans and sales initiatives.
• Oversee maintenance and safe operation of overnight equipment.
• Drive safety and sanitation compliance.
• Utilize reporting tools to prioritize and validate execution.
• Comply with club policies and procedures.
