About The Position

As an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager (ANSM) at Stanley Martin, your day will typically start between 9-10am in the model home or sales office assigned to you. You will work closely with the Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) to ensure the sales office is set up for success. Your responsibilities will include greeting prospects and appointments upon their arrival, understanding their home search priorities, and showcasing available homes. You will also be responsible for organizing and stocking brochure materials, auditing sales and marketing materials, and ensuring the accuracy of details on the website. Additionally, you will assist homebuyers throughout the buying process by communicating with them weekly to address any questions regarding their home progress and loan information. You will collaborate with corporate marketing to promote upcoming events and submit listing information for homes on both StanleyMartin.com and the MLS. Ultimately, your role is crucial in maintaining the neighborhood's appeal and delivering high-quality customer service while contributing to the neighborhood's sales goals.
