About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Assistant MP&L Manager to drive material planning, logistics, and production control in a fast-paced automotive environment. This role ensures smooth material flow, cost efficiency, and zero customer line interruptions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years MP&L experience with supervisory responsibility
• ERP/MRP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, WMS/MES)
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
• Bilingual: Korean & English (required)

Nice To Haves

• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan material demand using sales forecasts and production schedules
• Manage inventory, budgets, and Days of Inventory (DOI)
• Release production and shipping schedules; oversee material orders, receipts, and shipments
• Prevent premium freight through proactive planning and expediting
• Manage warehouse operations, optimize space, and track deliveries
• Lead and supervise MP&L and office staff
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales teams
• Analyze data and build models to improve inventory efficiency
