About The Position

As part of Player Development, the Assistant – Minor League Equipment and Clubhouse Operations will provide essential support to the Minor League Equipment Department and assists with day-to-day equipment management and clubhouse operations support. The position plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient support for players and staff throughout the season.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in clubhouse management
  • Ability to multitask
  • Organized
  • Detail oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish speaking preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide equipment room and clubhouse assistance to Minor League players and staff, as directed by supervisor.
  • Assists with documents and deliveries of all incoming and outgoing packages and mail for entire Milwaukee Brewers Spring Training complex.
  • Maintain general upkeep of the equipment room and clubhouse, including taking uniforms for repair to team seamstress.
