About The Position

Requirements

• Experience in coaching or playing basketball.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with middle school students.

Nice To Haves

• Previous coaching experience at the middle school level.
• Knowledge of basketball strategies and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coaching the middle school girls basketball team.
• Support the head coach in planning and executing practices.
• Help develop players' skills and teamwork.
• Encourage sportsmanship and a positive team environment.
