The primary purposeâ¯of theâ¯Assistant Memoryâ¯Care Directorâ¯position, in addition to assisting residents with the self-administration of medications as ordered by the primary physician, (under the direction and supervisionâ¯of the Resident Care Director, Memory Care Directorâ¯or Executive Director), is toâ¯assistâ¯the Resident Care Director or Memory Care Directorâ¯with administrative and clinical tasks, scheduling, training team members, and resolve resident/family/employee concerns.⯠The administration of medications shall be in accordance with established residential care standards, policies, procedures and practices of this community and required by RCFE rules and regulations.⯠The starting salary for this position ranges from $26.34 to $34.84/hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This position is eligible for Eskaton's health benefits package the first of the month following 60 days of employment and Paid Time Off benefits program after 90 days of employment.
