As an Assistant Manager, you’ll ensure the member center runs smoothly each day while setting the example of how to deliver outstanding service. You’ll partner closely with the Member Center Manager to coach and develop your team, hold them accountable, and drive results. At the same time, you’ll contribute individually to sales and service goals, making a direct impact on both our members and the growth of the credit union. This is a unique leadership role where you’ll balance hands-on service with team development, helping our members reach their goals while strengthening your team’s skills and performance.
