Requirements

• Valid WA Drivers License with a clean record.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 75lbs regularly and 100lbs occasionally.
• Dependable, hardworking, and a team player.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in the surface mining industry.
• Ownership of basic hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead mechanics in repairs on mechanical equipment such as electrical drive motors, wheel loaders, excavators, and mobile crushing and screening plants.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks including oil changes, lubrication, and checking lights, fan belts, drive belts, sprockets, shafts, and bearings.
• Ensure proper operation of shop equipment, vehicles, construction equipment, and aggregate crushing equipment.
