About The Position

At Lucky Strike Entertainment, we are looking for an Assistant Mechanic to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the top performance of our lanes, pinspotters/pinsetters, and building equipment. As an Assistant Mechanic, you will conduct preventative maintenance and respond promptly to any necessary repairs, ensuring that our equipment is always in optimal working condition. You will also have the opportunity to complete the Lucky Strike Entertainment Assistant Mechanic training program within the prescribed time frame, which will help you advance into a Mechanic role in the future.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with a strong emphasis on algebra, geometry, and applied mathematics (Optional).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven team player.
• Eager to continue training to advance into a Mechanic role.
• Previous mechanical, electrical, or engineering experience is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety by following guidelines set by Lucky Strike Entertainment and OSHA.
• Maintain equipment to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
• Adhere to all outlined preventative maintenance programs and monitor daily center maintenance as instructed.
• Complete the Lucky Strike Entertainment Assistant Mechanic training program.
• Assist leadership teams and report any issues and problems promptly.
• Identify and resolve common issues with equipment accurately.
• Perform minor preventative maintenance on bowling equipment.
