Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of related experience.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds or more.
• Ability to navigate inventory management systems and other technological systems such as Envi.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize efficiently.
• Must be willing to be flexible in regards to scheduling changes that result from staff/patient variance.
• Must receive all items in a timely fashion.
• Must be able to think proactively and order efficiently when Materials Manager is off.
• Must be able to manage back orders.
• Must be flexible and work well with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties related to Materials Management including inventory control and distribution.
• Ensure the timely & accurate receipt, ordering, processing, distribution and rotation of medical/surgical supplies to various departments.
• Support the Materials Manager.
