About The Position

COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate. Candidates pursue the Assistant Brand Manager role to help shape Kylie Cosmetics’ US strategy within Coty’s global brand platform. As our Assistant Marketing Manager, Kylie Cosmetics, you are responsible for strategy, innovation, & execution. The Assistant Marketing Manager, Kylie Cosmetics will work closely together with several departments such as Global, Trade Marketing, and Visual Merchandising. Requirements

  • 3-5 years brand marketing experience.
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with Circana or similar
  • Cross-functional project leadership
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for cosmetics and the Kylie Cosmetics brand

Responsibilities

  • Manage US launch calendar and 360 launch trackers.
  • Analyse market performance and translate insights into strategy.
  • Oversee forecasting cycles and innovation planning tools.
  • Partner with Global, VM, Ecom, PR, and Influencer teams.
  • Ensure perfect in-store and online execution
