Assistant Marketing Manager (Germany) - Based in Hong Kong

Casetify is seeking an Assistant Manager (German Speaking) to support the rapid expansion of the German market. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, creative, and detail-oriented, with a proven track record in prospecting, negotiating, and closing partnerships. • Responsible for planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities.
• Understand the extensive details of marketing and are familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers' behavior.
• Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics
• Create innovative marketing campaigns and contents designed to drive revenue growth
• Excellent understanding of the online, influencer and sponsored content advertising space
• Implement and manage analytical tools to track and evaluate the performance and ROI of various marketing and influencer campaigns
• Track weekly / monthly / quarterly channel KPI targets to manage budget and resources effectively

• Bachelor degree or above in Business, Marketing discipline or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience in marketing or related field
• Native German speaker with great writing etiquette, must speak English (business level)
• Strategic problem solving skills, using creative thinking to achieve targets
• Strong planning, analytical, creative, result-oriented, and able to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Extensive knowledge of German market trends and interest in pop culture or prior experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.
