About The Position

We seek an energetic, dedicated, and highly capable Assistant Marketing Director. This pivotal role is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and measurement of all restaurant marketing, sales growth, and community engagement initiatives. You will be the face of our brand in the community and a key driver of increased transaction counts.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of proven experience in marketing, community relations, or high-volume hospitality operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute public-facing events and manage digital communication channels.
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, social media best practices, and promotional inventory management.
  • Exceptional written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Genuine passion for serving others and representing a high-quality brand in the community.
  • Flexibility to work full time (or part-time), during varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support event scheduling.
  • Must be 19+ years old.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute monthly marketing strategies focused on sales growth, including managing promotional calendars and setting campaign goals.
  • Community Engagement & Events: Plan and execute a minimum of 1+ event per week (e.g., Spirit Nights, family engagement). Coordinate quarterly Team Member volunteer events to reinforce our community commitment.
  • Drive Sales & Catering: Proactively grow catering sales through local business outreach, tastings, and maintaining high catering experience standards.
  • Digital & Social Media Management: Manage all official social media channels, creating 5+ posts weekly. Ensure prompt and professional social media response within 1 business day.
  • Promotions & Inventory: Manage the restaurant's promotional assets, serving as the Digital Offer Card inventory manager. Plan and execute weekly sampling initiatives to drive awareness of new and core products.
  • Physical Marketing: Update and maintain the restaurant Marquees monthly to align with current promotions and messaging.
  • Guest Communication: Create and distribute 2+ Spotlight emails monthly to our guest database, highlighting new products, events, and brand stories.
  • Protect the Brand: Ensure all marketing collateral and guest-facing communications uphold the highest standards of the Chick-fil-A brand and its purpose.
  • To Serve Others with Great Care: Model and instill our core purpose by ensuring marketing activities translate into memorable Guest and Team Member experiences.
