About The Position

The Assistant Marketing Coordinator will join the Marketing Team’s efforts as we promote and uplift the overall goal of the marketing team: to grow the Harper brand internally and externally in alignment with Harper’s mission – to build up our communities, clients, and each other by building trust into everything we do. To fulfill this goal, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the Greenville or Charleston office. Requirements

  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software/tools, including Adobe platforms.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to jump in and support other teammates; self-starter.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • This is an entry-level marketing position.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with the company’s values and positioning.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager (MM) in maintaining relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Update marketing materials such as flyers, handouts, and website content.
  • Support the Events Manager with events, networking activities, and conferences.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, trade shows, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the MM on assembling pursuit packages and proposals.
  • Maintain and develop project profiles, resumes, references, and template materials for profiles.
  • Handle the printing and delivery of pursuit documents.
  • Assist the MM in developing interview decks.
  • Support the development of content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, ads, and printed materials.
