Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Service Advisor experience (but strong sales or leadership backgrounds welcome!)
  • Professional appearance and comfort working in a process-driven environment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work at least five days per week, including Saturdays
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional, and confident customer experience — in person and on the phone
  • Actively listen, document concerns, and guide customers through service recommendations
  • Review vehicle history and collaborate with technicians to ensure accuracy and trust
  • Clearly explain repairs, timelines, and costs — no surprises
  • Drive sales through product knowledge and genuine care for customer needs
  • Keep customers informed with timely service updates
  • Close tickets accurately, review inspections, and explain warranties
  • Follow up post-repair to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty
  • Track returns, cores, and warranty parts
  • Support team success with flexibility and a “team-first” mindset
