As an Assistant Manager at Domino's, you will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Your job responsibilities will include performing all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives, managing a team of 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift, greeting customers and taking orders, operating the cash register, making consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines, delivering products safely and courteously, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and upholding professional appearance standards in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

  • Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representatives.
  • Manage a team of 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift.
  • Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
  • Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
  • Make consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
  • Deliver products by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle that is insured.
  • Be a great role model and leader.
  • Punctuality and a great attitude with customers and co-workers.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • 2 years of pizza skills experience (preferred).
  • 1 year of management experience (preferred).
