About The Position
The EyeCare Center is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Practice Managers in overseeing all day-to-day store operations. The Assistant Manager will supervise all practice employees, ensuring that AEG policies and procedures are followed, standards are enforced, and all patients' needs are met. This role involves working on the sales floor, assisting the Opticians with sales and troubleshooting, and helping to resolve customer service issues.
