Responsibilities

• Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers.
• Lead and inspire your team to ensure customers have a positive experience.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels by assisting in the development of weekly team schedules, interviewing, and hiring new team members.
• Ensure the restaurant remains clean and safe by utilizing maintenance and food safety guidelines.
• Assist in restaurant operations management in inventory control and record keeping.
• Be adaptable to support your team's abilities and knowledge.
• Remain calm and utilize knowledge to help diffuse and resolve customer issues.
• Provide coaching, training, and positive feedback to your team.
• Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Have fun!

Requirements

• Desire to grow and succeed in personal and professional development.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
• Display drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility in working scheduled shifts.
• Experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurance with an adequate driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently with a variety of personalities.
• Satisfactory completion of a background check and be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
