Flight® is an indoor adventure park designed for all ages, featuring a variety of attractions such as trampolines, ninja warrior courses, dodgeball, climbing structures, laser mazes, ice skating, and virtual reality games, all under one roof. The parks are fully company-owned, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for guests. The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in the daily operations of the park, focusing on human resources, purchasing responsibilities, and team support to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate for this position is a thoughtful leader who is detail-oriented and possesses excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. They should also have a solid financial acumen to help manage the park's operations effectively. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the park's operations, including finance, guest services, marketing, and maintenance, ensuring that all activities align with the company's mission and values. In this role, the Assistant Manager will engage with guests to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction, manage team member schedules, assist in hiring and training staff, and maintain a culture of customer service throughout the park. They will also be responsible for monitoring safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring that all team members adhere to company policies, and managing inventory and purchasing needs.
