The Tile Shop is looking for a dedicated individual to build and develop a well-rounded team of Sales Associates. This role involves training and coaching employees on policies, procedures, and job duties while proactively greeting customers and developing lasting relationships. The Sales Manager will be responsible for selling tile and related products to exceed customer expectations, learning and using knowledge of all store and warehouse operations, and leading by example to achieve sales goals. Additionally, the role includes learning the installation process and products to educate customers, tracking established store sales goals, providing customers with updates on product delivery status, and maintaining professional standards to protect The Tile Shop brand. The Sales Manager will also develop schedules for Associates and Warehouse Personnel, maintain inventory accuracy, and use good business practices at all times. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
