As an Assistant Manager at Burger King, you will play a crucial role in the success of our restaurant. Ongoing training and coaching for team members will be a key part of your responsibilities, as well as building the capability of shift supervisors and preparing them for their next level of leadership. You will actively coach brand service behaviors, monitor the speed of service to meet guest expectations, and ensure that the restaurant is welcoming and clean. Product quality and operational standards must be consistently delivered, and you will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans aimed at improving guest metrics. Additionally, you will review sales and scheduling to ensure that Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards are met, and you will be responsible for the accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs. Your role will also involve evaluating inventory efficiencies, implementing cost controls, and managing the onboarding process for new team members.
