The Assistant Manager position is focused on enhancing guest experiences by satisfying and exceeding expectations. The role supports the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in utilizing all systems and training programs, while also being responsible for training crew members. The Assistant Manager assists in executing quarterly business plans and oversees all front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations in compliance with ZFI and Zax, Inc. standards. Additionally, the position involves controlling costs through maintaining operational standards, proper truck ordering/receiving, and inventory control. Leadership is a key component, as the Assistant Manager is expected to generate excitement, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards company objectives. Flexibility in performance is also emphasized, allowing for tasks beyond the standard job description.
