About The Position

As an Assistant Manager at Dunkin', you will play a crucial role in helping America run on Dunkin' by overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. You will assist the Restaurant Manager in ensuring that every shift operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will also include local store marketing efforts to achieve sales and profit goals, as well as supporting team members through performance and training initiatives.

Requirements

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
• Willingness to start work early, at 4 am.
• Open availability to accommodate schedule changes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure smooth operation of every shift.
• Support local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Help team members with performance and training initiatives.
