  • Maintaining restaurant cleanliness, adhering to safety and security protocols, and ensuring proper food preparation and presentation.
  • Ensuring guests have a positive dining experience by addressing complaints, providing timely and friendly service, and actively engaging with customers.
  • Supervising, training, and developing team members to ensure they deliver excellent service and meet IHOP's standards.
  • Assisting with inventory management, cost control, and maximizing profitability.
  • Leading and motivating staff to achieve daily goals, manage schedules, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees, and providing opportunities for growth.
  • Serving as a point of contact for staff, vendors, and other internal teams.
  • 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining preferred
  • Experience teaching and training staff preferred
  • Strong personal and professional integrity
