The Assistant Store Manager plays a crucial role in leading the store team, ensuring high standards of customer service, and developing future leaders within the organization.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of related retail experience.
  • Demonstrate an interactive leadership style.
  • Engaging customer service skills.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and reach, and lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

  • A combination of a few college credits and qualified work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Impact the coaching and inspiration of the team in the store.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to develop team members.
  • Perform store work including customer service and processing transactions.
  • Sell alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products responsibly.
  • Maintain open availability for different shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
