As an Assistant Manager at Subway®, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an excellent experience while dining at our restaurant. In addition to your responsibilities as a Shift Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include managing a staff of 4-12 employees, which involves assigning and evaluating their work. You will assist in planning special events and promotions within the restaurant, coordinating any necessary training to ensure these events are successful. Additionally, you will assist with product ordering and inventory management as needed.
