  • Provide support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as a Direct Support Professional (DSP).
  • Prepare meals and maintain cleanliness in the living environment.
  • Plan and participate in community activities for residents.
  • Ensure daily tasks are completed to maintain a safe and healthy home.
  • Take weekend on-call responsibilities for the assigned program.
  • Complete designated administrative tasks during assigned hours.
  • Shop for groceries and general house supplies.
  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Must be able to pass a federal background check.
  • Must be able to safely lift up to 45 pounds.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Must work weekends.
  • Ability to positively interact with residents and coworkers.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to analyze and make decisions.
