About The Position

The Pizza Hut Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM) reports directly to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and is responsible for directing shift leaders, trainers, and team members to enhance systems that create smooth operations. The ARGM will learn coaching skills to drive the store's culture and daily operations. This role involves assisting the RGM with hiring, training, and building a bench of key holding managers and team members in the restaurant, while promoting a positive restaurant culture and employee experience under the motto 'Live Life Unboxed!'.

Requirements

• Be a customer maniac!
• Serv Safe Certified.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office and computer basics.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to communicate and give feedback in a positive manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist RGM with hiring and training staff.
• Build a bench of key holding managers and team members.
• Promote positive restaurant culture and employee experience.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Enforce and follow Pizza Hut service principles.
• Assist RGM with oversight and execution of all store inventory, forecasting, and scheduling processes.
• Ensure all team members have the tools and knowledge necessary for success.
• Develop a store team that achieves high customer satisfaction results.
• Ensure restaurant meets/exceeds all Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut brand standards and processes.
• Assist RGM with career development and performance management processes for restaurant team.
• Utilize Pizza Hut provided tools effectively.
• Execute all Pizza Hut provided training material and courses, following up with team members on execution.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Provide a safe work environment in the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean, organized restaurant that meets all health and safety regulations.
• Act as a brand steward for Pizza Hut.
• Assist RGM with restaurant calendar management.
• Effectively communicate and execute company initiatives by managing restaurant team performance.
• Manage and adhere to employee handbook and policies.
• Maintain a professional image and ethical conduct as a representative of Tasty Hut, LLC.
• Exhibit Tasty Hut, LLC core values and work daily to fulfill mission and vision.
