About The Position
The Tile Shop is seeking a dedicated individual to build and develop a well-rounded team of Sales Associates. This role involves training and coaching employees on policies, procedures, and job duties while proactively greeting customers and developing lasting relationships. The successful candidate will sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations, learn and use knowledge of all store and warehouse operations, and lead by example to achieve sales goals. Additionally, the role includes learning the installation process and products to educate customers, tracking established store sales goals, providing customers with updates on product delivery status, maintaining professional standards to protect The Tile Shop brand, developing schedules for Associates and Warehouse Personnel, maintaining inventory accuracy, and using good business practices at all times. Other duties may be assigned as needed. The first-year income is expected to be between $60,000 and $75,000 at target.
