About The Position
This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations. The role requires ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health regulations, wage regulations, age restrictions, and fair employment practices. The position also involves enforcing Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures, ensuring profitability by managing food costs, labor, controllables, utilities, and sales growth. Leadership is a key aspect, as the individual will guide the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness, while promoting the Firehouse Subs culture and mission. Additionally, the role includes assisting the General Manager in implementing operations game plans and company initiatives, participating in employee management, and ensuring all required programs and reports are completed accurately and on schedule. The individual will also represent Firehouse Subs positively and communicate effectively with the GM/Owner regarding business impacts.
