In 2018, we established our Career Path, a self-paced, gradual step program that takes a brand new employee all the way to the managing partner level. Our Assistant Managers are responsible for managing and running shifts by coaching and training employees while ensuring the overall effectiveness of the operation focusing on people, sales, and profit.
