About The Position
The Assistant Manager position at Kwik Trip oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location. This includes hiring, training, and scheduling 20-60 coworkers, ensuring food safety, managing ordering and inventory control, and handling P&Ls. The role also involves maintaining a clean and inviting store environment and addressing coworker and customer concerns effectively. Assistant Managers are typically scheduled for 45 hours during a 5-day work week and receive time and a half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
