Our Assistant Managers are responsible for managing and running shifts by coaching and training employees while ensuring the overall effectiveness of the operation focusing on people, sales, and profit.

Requirements

• Self-motivated with a drive for growth.

• Ability to stand for extensive periods of time, bend over, reach upwards or outward, twist, turn around, and climb up on ladders.
• Ability to perform a variety of jobs at a very rapid pace for extensive periods of time.
• Ability to work in an environment with temperature fluctuations.
• Ability to lift very heavy objects with or without assistance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
• Previous management experience.
