The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing restaurant operations, either in conjunction with or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. This role requires discretion in daily management decisions and accountability for ensuring effective execution of the Service Profit Chain (SPC) and Brand Promise. The primary responsibilities include providing excellent internal and external service, building restaurant sales and profit, and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
