About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for developing, directing, and managing the marketing program for a retail store, ensuring efficient business practices to maximize revenue. This role involves analyzing store sales results to establish performance standards and detect trends, as well as training and motivating sales clerks and disabled workers. The Assistant Store Manager will also make routine operational decisions in the absence of the Store Manager.
