Responsibilities

Inspire and lead a team of service-minded individuals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Assist with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory, cash management, and food quality.
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and store performance.
Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential.
Support the GM in hitting sales goals and driving store profitability
