About The Position

Hudson Grove Property Management is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager to support our Park at Fitzsimons portfolio in Aurora. This multi-site portfolio consists of four communities totaling 236 units. We welcome experienced Assistant Managers as well as strong Leasing Professionals who are ready to step into the next level of leadership. The schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed. At HGPM, we are more than property managers. We are builders of community. You will partner closely with the Property Manager to support daily operations, financial performance, marketing efforts, and resident relations. You will serve as a leader within the office, helping to set the tone for professionalism, accountability, and follow-through. This role strengthens your leadership skills while expanding your experience in financial reporting, delinquency management, leasing performance, and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year of property management experience required
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of local, state, and federal housing regulations
  • A high level of accountability and follow-through
  • Reliable attendance and strong time management
  • Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
  • Fluency in English required

Nice To Haves

  • Assistant Manager experience preferred
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate initiative and strong problem resolution with a customer service focus
  • Greet, assist, and help lease apartments to prospective residents
  • Walk show units to ensure they are tour-ready and move-in ready
  • Utilize self-guided and video tours and help maintain online advertising accuracy
  • Support weekly market surveys and leasing performance tracking
  • Maintain awareness of curb appeal and overall community presentation
  • Accept and complete rental applications accurately
  • Prepare lease documents and coordinate required signatures
  • Scan checks, review delinquency, post late fees, and issue demands for rent
  • Assist with financial and marketing reporting as directed by the Property Manager
  • Maintain organized and compliant resident files
  • Communicate professionally and confidently with residents, vendors, and team members
  • Use Google Suite, Yardi, and Elise Ai daily to manage operations
  • Cross-train across multiple communities within the portfolio
